Album 7 : Metamorphoses

“Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed” (Lavoisier). These are drawings and paintings, supported by paper bags, metal and wooden boxes associated with various elements, from recovery (“nothing is lost”). “Creation”, on the other hand, also feeds on the past, and the future, and is inseparable from them, there is no missing link. As such, “nothing is created”. All in a spirit of evolution, transmutation of the existing, therefore of over-cycling (“everything is transformed”).

These supports remain noble materials which it is a shame to waste. By giving them a new “upcycling” life I benefit from their uniqueness and transcend their initial function: they are full pieces of work of our time : “Metamorphoses”. These metamorphoses are available in four albums:
